I know that people don’t know who Ocean Vice is, or maybe they are not ready to know? Either way, I hope that as this site gets more exposure, people will be genuinely interested in who stands behind this corporate monster called BadGeneration… I also hope that I won’t be talking to myself much longer.

In the meantime I would like to tell you something which really annoys me. Check it: it is people who imitate having an accent in front of people who actually have an accent. I know it is a bit complicated, but once you look at how pathetic it is, you will feel the same way. Imagine that you have an accent, sexy or not, and you are constantly imitated by those around you. You have heard thousands of imitations, seen many types of stupid expressions, but people still think that they can amuse you by doing a terrible interpretation of the way that you speak.

As with almost all of my posts, I would like to look even deeper into the issue and get some sort of a global perspective on it. It all comes down to people having common sense and a general understanding about their surroundings, which they don’t. See, if you stop and think before you actually imitate someone’s accent, you would understand that others have tried the same thing before you. And have failed miserably.
